A garden in the Kitchen
In this workshop we want to introduce you to the world of sprouting and help those of you with experience to organise an efficient system that will enable you to eat and benefit from sprouts on a daily basis. The texture and subtle flavour of these filling and invigorating tiny vegetables, so rich in amino-acids, vitamins, fibre and enzymes, give a special touch to your culinary creations. The objective is to help you create a small allotment in your kitchen, healthy, attractive and cheap.
