Babette Tastings & Demonstrations
Through its tastings, Babette seeks to introduce you to relatively unknown culinary worlds without the intensity of a cookery workshop. You are able to sample and enjoy a variety of dishes and products and to see a demonstration of their preparation. The tastings make an original present for the person ‘who has everything’ or for any lover of gastronomy who is ready to try something new.
Natural Ice Cream and warm sauces Tasting (vegan)

Without sugar, milk, cream, eggs or refined products, natural ice creams are made with healthy ingredients, such as fresh fruits, nuts or avocado. They are a delicious alternative to processed ice creams, and they are easily digestible. With the addition of warm sauces, these icy sweets become an easy and lovely dessert with which to delight your guests.
Mustards & Vinegar Tasting
This tasting offers the chance to appreciate better the variety and uses of mustards and vinegars, and provides an understanding of the basic concepts necessary to make them at home. You can also sample sauces and dressings made with these ingredients, and you will learn how to combine them with other foods.
